What is True Biblical Christianity?

Answer:
No human works, effort or merit of anykind! All the work has been done by Christ alone!
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, BUT THE RIGHTEOUS man SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.”
Romans 1:16-17
New American Standard Bible (NASB)
As a born again fully devoted true follower, ambassador, soldier and slave of the Lord Jesus Christ, my daily desire is to bring Honor and Glory to Almighty GOD with the gifts, talents, and skills He has bestowed upon me. In all I do, say and think for His sake I pursue Excellence! In my own human strength and apart from GOD, I am unable to do this! I need and depend on GOD every step of the way, moment by moment, each and every day, and in every area of my life. No matter how large or small the circumstance, problem or trial, I know He has a plan for me, building my faith and that He is molding me to be more like His Son Jesus Christ, The MESSIAH! I am so grateful for GOD's Amazing Grace and His eternal Love, Grace and Mercy towards me which I do not deserve.
The beautiful living, inerrant, infallible and eternal Word of Jehovah GOD is my only source of strength and I can do nothing without Him, but "I can do all things through Him Who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13.
I am thankful for the gift of Eternal salvation through the cruxifiction, the shed blood and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ to pay my sin debt in full on the cross. Jesus paid, on my behalf, a debt He did not owe. I owed a debt I could not pay. I am thankful for His eternal forgiveness and for freeing me from the enslavement of sin, guilt and shame. I am so thankful for the cross of calvary! I am thankful that He did all the work on my behalf on the cross. I am thankful that He died on the cross in place of me.
I am thankful for the precious Blood of the Lamb of God Who was slain for me. Worthy is the Lamb Who was slain.
Now, I am a new creation in Christ Jesus and He has transformed my heart and my mind. Now I belong to Him. My point of reference in my daily life is the Cross and Jesus Christ. It is not I and not the world system. Jesus You are my Lord & Master and I am Your slave. I will worship and serve You forever and ever. ag
GOD is AWESOME! JESUS STRONG!

Have you ever wondered whether you really know God? If you have, you're not alone. And there's no more important issue you can resolve in your life than the nature of your relationship with God.
In The Road to Nowhere, John MacArthur offers a three-point test to help you honestly evaluate your standing before God. Gain confidence in your relationship with the Lord as you discover the distinctive qualities that are a part of every believer's life, and most important, learn how to steer clear of the road that leads nowhere.

But the fact is that “now” message couldn’t be more misleading. What you’ll be doing for eternity--that is the issue.

To look at some polls, it appears America is very much a Christian nation. But you have to wonder how many of the people surveyed say they’re Christians because they believe there’s a God, grew up with Christian parents who taught them about Christ, or once repeated the sinner’s prayer.
Undoubtedly the sincere claims people make are sometimes far from reality. As chilling as that thought may be, there are countless well-meaning people who believe they’re saved, but aren’t. Could you or someone you know be one of them? How do you know your faith is built on a solid foundation? r is that something you can ever know this side of eternity?
Determine for yourself whether you’re in the faith. John MacArthur helps you do just that in the study he calls Examine Yourself.
John 3:16-21
16“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall ot perish, but have eternal life. 17 “For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. 18 “He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 “This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. 20“For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21 “But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.”

America wants God’s blessing but not God. Our nation has systematically pushed Him out of the national consciousness—rejecting biblical morality, ignoring His Word, and relying on the political and entertainment arenas for moral guidance. As a result abortion, homosexuality, drug abuse, divorce, and pornography runs rampant.
Given the depth of moral bankruptcy, can God bless America? Is God angry with America? Are we on the brink of judgment rather than blessing?
In Can God Bless America? John MacArthur argues that God can bless America, but only when the clear biblical conditions are met. Includes a critical look at one approach to turning America around that’s extremely popular among Christians and political conservatives—moral reform through political action.

4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! 5 Let your gentlespirit be known to all men. Forgiveness: How to Restore Broken Relationships
Philemon
Dr. John MacArthur
It’s the simple mathematics of being human. Two people plus one relationship equals inevitable pain. One unkind word, careless act, or intentional attack, and a gulf is opened that could potentially damage a relationship forever.
That’s where the need for real, biblical forgiveness comes in. Forgiveness can heal even the worst damage between husbands and wives, children and parents, longtime friends, and everyone in between. John MacArthur looks to the life of Philemon to illuminate Scripture’s clearest real-life example of human forgiveness in action.

In our world today, wouldn’t it be nice to know your happiness is not dependent on having even your most basic physical needs met? If “blessed” means “happy”, what was Jesus getting at when He said, “Blessed are the poor in spirit,” or “blessed are those who hunger and thirst”? Can we possess true and lasting happiness?
In The Beatitudes, John MacArthur takes you on a survey of these “Blessed are” statements that probe the moral, ethical, and spiritual guidelines governing all people of God. You’ll discover how it’s possible that:
- the way down is the way up
- hunger and thirst lead to satisfaction
- spiritual poverty leads to spiritual wealth
- mourning is the way to laughter
- having nothing is the way to having everything
What is the result of following the guidelines in this study? Christ, Himself, promised it would produce deep-down, abiding happiness.

Luke 6:20-49

In an age ruled by human reason and political correctness, the last thing most religions want to do is rub people the wrong way or contradict conventional wisdom about God and His demands. The result? An almost universally taught and believed notion that God plays by mankind’s rules, and that He wants you healthy, wealthy, happy, and feeling good about yourself.
But historically, true and vibrant Christianity has cut across the grain of conventional wisdom. And nowhere is that more clearly enunciated than in Jesus’ masterful Sermon on the Mount—a sermon in which He turned the human wisdom of the religious elite on its head. In The Keys to the Kingdom, John MacArthur explores Luke’s account of the Sermon on the Mount, revealing how the gospel of the Bible and true belief compares to widely held, widely taught error.

Can God change His mind about your salvation? In Romans 5:1-11, the apostle Paul provides clear answers—and John MacArthur examines them in his newly revised four-message study called Eternal Security (formerly titled The Security of Salvation).
John concludes this series with a practical, twelve-part test on the assurance of your salvation. Take that test today!

The Bible is under attack! We live in an age when the very idea of clear, objective, knowable truth is being assaulted—even from within the visible church. A growing number of pastors claim it’s impossible to know exactly what Scripture means by what it says. They say the Bible is simply not clear—rather, it’s filled with mystery and ambiguity.
Does that mean every doctrine you and I find precious is subject to new interpretation, doubt, and even wholesale rejection? Is the Bible really infallible and inerrant? Can we really know what God’s Word means?
In Making a Case for the Bible, John MacArthur makes the case that God’s truth hasn’t changed. It isn’t mysterious or veiled—He revealed it with sufficient clarity. This study will help you know why you believe what you believe, and instill in you a deeper confidence in the truth of God as revealed in His Word.

Everywhere in the world, biblical truth is under attack. What may surprise you is that the most devastating assault isn't coming from outside the church--it's coming from spiritual terrorists within the church.
On the surface these terrorists look, act, and sound like everyone else. In their comfortable concealment they raise doubts about God's Word, undermine its authority, and create chaos that, left unchecked, destroys churches.
Who are the spiritual terrorists? How do you identify them--what are the telltale signs? And how can you defend yourself against them?
In twenty-five powerful verses, Jude provides the counterintelligence to foil Spiritual Terrorism. Let John MacArthur show you how to spot enemies in the church, overcome their lies, and stay vigilant in the battle for truth.

Words are a powerful thing. They give us the power to heal and the power to hurt. The power to give hope and the power to discourage. The power to build up and the power to tear down. There is no marriage, family, or friendship that isn’t either made stronger or made weaker by how you choose and use your words.
Yet controlling what we say from moment to moment is perhaps the most daunting challenge of Christian living. It’s the closest most of us will ever come to trying to tame a wild beast.
So how can you avoid the angry outbursts, cutting remarks, and unguarded responses that lead only to damage, embarrassment, and regret? And what kind of new habits of speech should replace the old?
In Taming the Tongue, John MacArthur shows you how to follow God’s plan for managing the words you speak in any given situation. You’ll learn how to pray, proclaim the gospel, and edify others. You’ll also discover that managing your words is the key to controlling your spiritual life.

Dr. John MacArthur
To be human is to desperately need forgiveness. And not only God’s. Real forgiveness is vital for healthy, strong relationships between husbands and wives, parents and children, friends, co-workers, and everyone in between.
But what’s the difference between forgiving someone and tolerating sin? And how should you and your church respond when a professing believer refuses to repent? How does modern psychology line up with God’s Word when it comes to healing damaged relationships?
The Freedom and Power of Forgiveness explores the issues thoughtfully and thoroughly.
Dr. John MacArthur
What did Jesus mean when He said, “Follow me”? Twenty years ago John MacArthur tackled that seemingly simple question and provided the evangelical world with the biblical answer. For many, the reality of Jesus’ demands has proved thoroughly searching, profoundly disturbing, and uncomfortably invasive; and yet, heeding His words is eternally rewarding.
The 20th-anniversary edition of MacArthur’s provocative book has revised and expanded the original version to handle contemporary challenges. The debate over what some have called “lordship salvation” hasn’t ended—every generation must face the demands Christ’s lordship. The Gospel According to Jesus remains eminently relevant for the Christian church, and intensely practical for every Christian.

The Hidden Truth About Your Identity in Christ

Dr. John MacArthur
The most profound reality for every believer is a relationship with Jesus Christ. He is our Savior, our teacher, and our friend. But the Bible teaches that at the most basic level Jesus is our Lord, our Master, which means we are His slaves.
Peruse most Bible translations and it’s easy to miss that crucial reality. That’s because many find the notion of slavery to be a cruel and embarrassing concept. John MacArthur’s new book, Slave, uncovers the conspiracy, bringing the doctrine of our slavery to Christ to its proper place in our thinking.
Embrace for yourself what the Bible really teaches about slavery—your relationship with Jesus Christ will never be the same.

Louie Giglio was your average college freshman at Georgia State University in 1977, that is until one night, at 2AM, when he decided to devote his life to following Christ, not the college party live. He was inspired to be one of first people to design a modern style of worship that is geared specifically toward young adults, with casual attire, expressive worship, and low-key, visually driven sermons.
Louie went on to earn a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and he and his wife, Shelley, started Choice Ministries, which is a bible study at Baylor University now attended by over 10% of the student body. When he moved back home to Atlanta, GA due to his father’s failing health, he began a national gathering of Christian college students called Passion Conferences and he started 7:22, a bible study aimed at single adults in the area. 7:22 now boasts around 3,000 singles who come to worship and learn about the Bible.
In addition to all this, Giglio began a record company, Sixsteps Records, which signed and produced various Christian worship artists, such as David Crowder Band, Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, and Charlie Hall. He is also the author of many books, including The Air I Breathe, I Am Not but I Know I Am, Wired: For a Life of Worship, and Lost in Wonder.
He and his wife reside just outside of Atlanta and attend North Point Community Church.
